DIGITAL DOWNLOAD DISCLAIMER

All digital downloads available here on the Baka Boyz website are encoded at 128 kbps and are in MP3 format. Mixes are not tracked out into separate tracks 1,2,3,etc... due to the nature of the iPod they only come as one track however you do get all the songs listed in the track listing for that particular mix cd.

Once payment is received, you will be immediately taken to our secure download page where you will have a window of a certain amount of time to download the mix cd you purchased. If for some reason you were not able to retrieve your download within the allotted time, send an email to us at orders@thebakaboyz.com so we can reset your timer. After the time window, your personal download link will expire and can no longer be used to download.

All downloads must be downloaded within the time allotted and it is recommended that you download them immediatley after purchase.

Downloads are NOT recommended for Dial-Up users.

All mix cd's whether purchased or downloaded are NON-REFUNDABLE. All information, email addresses, etc... will NOT be sold or used for any other reason.
