When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

No CD returns or refunds of any kind will be issued whether downloaded or shipped. Exchanges will only be honored in the event that the merchandise is damaged or defective. For damaged or defective goods, you must contact us at (866) 409-BAKA (2252) or sales@thebakaboyz.com for a return authorization number. Once an RA# is issued, you will receive a postage paid envelope in which to return the damaged product. Upon receipt of the item(s), the exchange will be processed and shipped out promptly.

SHIPPING

Please allow up to two weeks for delivery. If you need your item sooner please contact us directly at (866) 409-BAKA (2252) or sales@thebakaboyz.com for expedited delivery options. All orders are shipped via UPS ground Monday through Friday only. As soon as your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your shipment. This email will include a UPS tracking number, time in transit and expected delivery date.
